Is your jewellery real silver?

Every Ruaab piece is 925 sterling silver and carries the 925 stamp. That stamp is your check. Where a piece is finished in rose gold or yellow gold tone, the base metal underneath is still 925 sterling silver. And if any piece ever tests below 92.5% purity at a certified lab, we refund your payment along with the testing cost — that is the 925 Challenge.

What does 925 mean?

925 means the metal is 92.5 percent pure silver, alloyed with 7.5 percent other metals for strength. Pure silver on its own is too soft to hold a setting or survive daily wear.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery takes 3 to 7 working days. Every order is tracked, and shipping is free anywhere in India. We ship within India only.

What is the RUAAB Guarantee?

Three written promises. 30 days: if a stone falls out, the plating peels, or any joint or clasp breaks within 30 days of delivery, we refund your full payment — original payment method, not store credit. 1 year: free repair or replacement on any manufacturing defect, pickup included. 925 Challenge: test any piece at any certified lab; if it is not 925, your money back plus the testing cost. Do you offer returns or refunds?

For manufacturing defects — yes. Stone loss, plating peel or breakage within 30 days gets a full refund under the RUAAB Guarantee. For size or change of mind, we offer a 15-day exchange, counted from the day your order is delivered. The piece must be unused, in original condition, with packaging intact.

How does the 15-day exchange work?

Write to care@ruaab.in or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and what you would like to exchange it for. We will confirm the exchange and guide you through sending the piece back. Wrong size is the most common reason people exchange, and it is covered.

My piece arrived damaged, or I received the wrong item.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the piece and the packaging. An unboxing video helps us resolve it faster. We will send a free replacement.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes. Both cash on delivery and prepaid payment are available at checkout.

How do I find my size?

Our Size Guide covers bangle and kada sizing, ring sizing, and chain lengths, with methods you can use at home with a thread and a ruler. If you are between sizes or unsure, message us on WhatsApp before ordering.

Will my silver tarnish?

All silver tarnishes eventually — it is the metal's nature, not a fault, and any brand that promises otherwise is overpromising. Our rhodium finish slows it down considerably, and every RUAAB box includes a polishing cloth: two minutes of gentle strokes brings the shine back. Light tarnish is surface-level and is not damage.

How should I care for my jewellery?

Put jewellery on last, after perfume and lotion. Take it off before showering, swimming or sleeping. Store pieces separately in a dry pouch or box. Full guidance is on our Jewellery Care page.

Do you gift wrap?

Every order ships in Ruaab packaging, ready to give as it is. If the order is a gift and you would like the invoice left out, tell us at checkout or message us after ordering.
