30-Day Defect Promise: If a stone falls out, the plating peels, or any joint or clasp breaks within 30 days of delivery, we refund your full payment — to your original payment method (UPI for COD orders), within 48 hours of approval. 1-Year Repair & Replace: Any manufacturing defect within 1 year — free repair or replacement, including reverse pickup.

925 Challenge: Test any RUAAB piece at any certified lab. If the silver tests below 92.5% purity, we refund your payment along with the testing cost.

About tarnish: Silver naturally darkens over time — this is the metal's nature, not a defect, and is not covered as one. Every order includes a polishing cloth; two minutes restores the shine. Free polishing anytime at our Bikaner store.

15-Day Exchange: Wrong size or changed your mind? Exchange within 15 days — unworn, with original packaging.

Not covered: Damage from drops, chemicals, or misuse (paid repair available at cost).
