Track Your Order
Every Ruaab order is tracked from the moment it leaves Bikaner. Here is what happens after you place it, and what to do if something looks stuck.
Order confirmation
As soon as your order goes through, we send a confirmation email with your order number and a summary of what you bought. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam and promotions folders. If it is not there either, the email address may have been entered incorrectly at checkout. Write to us and we will find the order and correct it.
Dispatch and your tracking link
We dispatch within 24 to 48 hours of the order being placed. When the parcel leaves us, you get a second email. That one carries the courier name, your tracking number and a link that follows the parcel.
Keep the order number to hand. It is the fastest way for us to pull up your order if you need to ask about anything.
Delivery
Delivery takes 3 to 7 working days from dispatch. Shipping is free anywhere in India. We ship within India only.
Working days do not include Sundays or public holidays. Deliveries to smaller towns and remote pin codes sit at the longer end of that window.
If tracking has not updated
Tracking pages often sit still for a day or two while a parcel is moving between hubs. This is normal and the parcel is usually in transit.
If there has been no movement for more than 48 hours, contact us with your order number. We will raise it with the courier and come back to you. Do not wait it out. The sooner we log it, the sooner it moves.
If tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you do not have it, tell us within 48 hours. Check with neighbours, building security and anyone else at the address first, since couriers often leave parcels with them.
Payment
Both cash on delivery and prepaid payment are available. For cash on delivery, keep the exact amount ready for the delivery agent.
If the parcel arrives damaged or the item is wrong
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the piece and the packaging. An unboxing video helps a great deal. We will send a free replacement.
