By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We strive to display product details, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings
  • The rhodium finish may naturally wear over time depending on usage
  • Silver naturally darkens (tarnishes) over time — this is the metal's nature, not a defect

PRICING & PAYMENTS

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹)
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice
  • Payments must be made in full before order processing (Cash on Delivery is collected at delivery)

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

  • The product is out of stock
  • Payment issues occur
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are processed and shipped as per our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

EXCHANGE, REFUNDS & THE RUAAB GUARANTEE

We offer a 15-day easy exchange for size or preference (unworn, with original packaging). Manufacturing defects are covered by the RUAAB Guarantee — a 30-day full refund for defects (stone loss, plating peel, breakage), 1-year free repair or replacement, and the 925 purity challenge. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including images, logos, and text, is the property of RUAAB / Shiv Shakti Jewellers and may not be used without permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by law.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bikaner, Rajasthan.
